Last Chance to See Japan Prints Now Exhibition
Striking prints by Katsunori Hamanishi, Eriko Maki, Fusako Yoshikawa, Norman Mathieson, Imi Maufe and Birgit Skiöld

You now have two and a half weeks to see our current much-admired exhibition Japan Prints Now.

The show of exquisite work by three Japanese artists and three printmakers whose work reflects their time spent in Japan is comprised of Japanese woodblock prints, collagraphs, mezzotints and screenprints.

Each of the featured artists has previously exhibited at Northern Print and owing to the popularity of those exhibitions their work has been drawn together in celebration of Northern Print's 21st anniversary.

The exhibition has opened to a great deal of interest so do visit the gallery as it is a rare opportunity to see contemporary Japanese work of this nature in the North East.

Japan Prints Now can be viewed until Sat 2 July.
