In commemoration of the terror attacks of July 22, 2011, the 

Norwegian Government has decided to establish national 

memorial sites in Hole and in Oslo.

Public Art Norway (KORO) is responsible for the projects' 

artistic direction and now inviting artists to submit proposals to 

an international open call.
