EXHIBITION TALK A Show of Hands: Diane Cherr 1 Hour talk online via Zoom DATE: Monday, January 31, 2022 TIME: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST RSVP through Eventbrite HERE ABOUT THIS EVENT: Executive Director Kimberly Henrikson will meet virtually with Diane Cherr and Master Printer Christopher Shore to talk about the exhibition A Show of Hands, CCP's 2020 Members' Show – Best in Show Award recipient, Diane Cherr. Diane Cherr received the 2020 award for Best in Show from the Annual Members Exhibition at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking for her print Left Hand Jenny. This exhibition is a celebration of Cherr’s recent prints built around narratives pulled from personal histories, mementos and storytelling. The prints feature intriguing, well-informed interpretations of iconography and symbology joyously expressed as playful physical manifestations which retain important ties to her personal vision of her heritage.
